Hi @Dale22409289nwpd

As you have confirmed that files are saved on the Document Cloud storage and not visible in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC app, so there could be a possibility that you have signed in under a different email in the Reader mobile app. Kindly check the email if it is the same or not. Also, look for the files under Document Cloud. on the left-hand pane.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hi

I did notice that the subscription I was using was in another address and since I have logged into it and they are up but now I’m finding it difficult to edit my PDF’s .. I’m so used to editing them via my Adobe app on iPhone I thought a laptop would be easier but so far it seems more complicated.. some templates I use have yellow highlighter behind the writing and on the app I can’t get rid so I presumed a laptop would help here ..

Thanks

Dale

Hi  Dale,

Thanks for confirming that you found all your files. As you said that you find it difficult to edit on the laptop than on the iPhone it is because the mobile app has limited features than the desktop app. The particular workflow that you are trying to do needs the desktop app.

Here is a help document you can refer to understand the editing in Acrobat DC:
