Getting Past the Ad

I've downloaded a document from my doctor's website that I need to fill out and return. The problem is that it opens with an ad for Adobe Premium. If I try to click past the ad, it shuts off the document and Adobe. I am low income and I can't afford to pay a subscription to fill out the document.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

From the description, it looks like the file you downloaded is not a PDF file, which triggers the subscription purchase window (the intent here for the trigger is the Create PDF workflow)
