Glitch in app while editing.

Hello

i updates ur app yesterday on ipad (8th gen). After the update, if i click on a text which has been previously highlighted or underlined THEN on right side all such activities get flagged (like you see in video attached). Previously no such thing use to happen.

kindly look into it. It is very annoying.
