I'm trying to edit a document, the app won't allow me to do so while it keeps telling me to subscribe. But, I already subscribe and pay my monthly fee. Help!

@Tracy A.23706929axgh If you already have an Acrobat Premium subscription, you should be able to edit a document. However, you need to make sure that:

  • You are signed in to the account that you used to purchase the subscription. 
  • Your subscription is valid and active. See how to activate a subscription.
