Al momento de realizar en la aplicación de Adobe Acrobat premium en la lectura de un archivo el subrayar o resaltar no queda guardado porque vuelvo a abrir el documento y se pierde toda la información que he estado observando y marcando

Could you please provide more details about the workflow or steps you are following to save the annotations (underlines and highlights) in the PDF file? Are you encountering any error messages when you try to save the annotations? If so, sharing a screenshot of the error message would be very helpful for us to understand the issue better. Additionally, a small video recording of the process would be super helpful.

 

Is this problem occurring with a specific PDF file, or is it happening with all PDFs? Please try annotating a different PDF file to see if the issue persists.

 

When you finish highlighting the document, make sure to click on the checkmark icon at the top left corner of the screen to save the changes made to the PDF.

 

Also, please check for any pending or missing updates in the App Store. Updating the application and rebooting your device might resolve the issue.
