Handwritten notes in the pdf are getting distorted

While reading a few pdf's on my iPad, I do write a few things using the Apple pencil. This works fine but as soon as I save that pdf, a few of the letters just become sharp edges, see the attached image. This didn't use to happen earlier but I see it now with every handwritten note on adobe reader for the last 3-4 months. Do we have solution for this?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

We are aware of the issue and already have a bug logged.

I will update the thread as soon as I have further updates from the team.
