I'm baffled. I'm a subscriber to your monthly premium features. But for some reason the app tells me I need to subscribe or restore. SO I DO. Then a screen pops up that says "unknown error" occurred.
I have :
uninstalled/reinstalled the app. three times. signed out the app and signed in again
made sure the app and iOS are up to date. powered on and off. AND IT STILL TELLS ME an unknown error occurred. This is getting ridiculous.
What is the problem??????
