Yes you are correct, i could not find a forum label for android which is the version i have. if you want to move it to the correct forum thanks for your help.RegardsJohn
We cannot get a clear picture of the workflow you are following from the description.
For secured files, you can view them by typing in the access code for the document. For editing, you may need to use the desktop version of the application.

Thank you Souvik for your suggestions. I have raised the issue with my company as I work using a tablet and they have sent copies via the post. Not what I would have preferred but it works.
