Highlighted portion of a file gets vanished, why?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your trouble with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

We experienced an outage on our servers which resulted in editings not getting synced to cloud and files.

Would you mind trying out the new update and letting us know if the issue is fixed or not?
