I need to open my bank statement but adobe pro refuses with message “Read-only PDF This tool is not available because the document is read-only.”
I tried exporting but results need too much correction. If bank provide statement in read only, and don't provide spreadsheet, how can account holder access text?

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!
Bank Statements are usually generated using LiveCycle Design, which has a different architecture to that of a normal PDF. Such PDFs, when restricted for editing or data extraction, can be difficult for the mobile version to handle.
In situations like these, we recommend using the desktop version of the application for a better viewing experience.
Hope this clarifies your question.
