Hi Prakhar,

Hope you are doing good.

To get the other Signing options like Google, Facebook and Apple ID, first you need to Sign Out from the Acrobat Reader mobile app.

Open Reader mobile app
Click on your profile icon
Sign Out
Close the app and relaunch it
Now the Welcome to Acrobat Reader window will appear with several Sign In option.
