Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to recover an unshared PDF file.
The only option in such cases is to either download the file to your device while you have it open or contact the file owner to reshare it with you.
While I understand that it might be frustrating, this is how sharing and viewing files across all versions of Acrobat works.
