How read commentary leaves by the receiver

Hi , I have send a sign form to someone , then he leave a comment but I don't see anywhere his comment . Where I see it ?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to see the comments on the PDF.

- Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are doing to read/see the comments on the PDF?

- What happens when you try to read the comments, do you get any error message? If yes please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

- Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

Also make sure you have the app updated to the latest version. Please try to update the Acrobat Reader mobile app via Play store (Android) or App store (iOS) and reboot the device once.

To open the comments list in the PDF file,  please open the PDF in Acrobat Reader mobile app and tap on the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner and tap on Comment List to see all the comments.
