no "help" option to get Adobe print to activate

PDF print appears no where on iPhone - 13 pro

I pay 15.99/mo for this & can't "print" to create a PDF file

Thank you for any suggestions.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Hi @lightfilled,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Have you tried the below steps:

1. Open a file in Acrobat-> click on the three dots on the top right;

2. Select Print-> click on the export button on the top right when the print layout box appears;

3. Scroll down to select Save to files;

4. Select the location where you want to save the file.

This is a workaround for the desktop version of Adobe PDF. Since Adobe PDF is a driver installed on computers, since this is not available on mobile devices, you can use the above steps to save a file as PDF on iOS devices.

Hope this helps.

-Souvik.
