Hi,

I´ve created a fill-in PDF and wish to fill it and send it via email from IPad. Unfortunately, the send button (with the email set-up) is not working on the Ipad. I´m using as email account just Outlook.

Thank you

Adriana

Hi Adriana,

Hope you are doing well.

As mentioned in the issue description that you have tried to send a fill-in PDF, but the send button is not showing on Outlook application. We have tried to follow the same workflow, but the issue is not reproducible on our end.

Kindly check with a different email if the send button is visible. If not, then kindly sign out and sign in again on both Acrobat Reader and Outlook.

Also, provide us few more details to understand the issue better:

  1. What is the version of iOS?
  2.  Is Acrobat Reader updated to the latest version i.e. 21.08.00? Check this help article for the reference:

https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/settings.html?highlight=version

Let us know if you are still experiencing the issue.

Thanks,

Harsh

Thank you Harsh for your reply!

The issue is sollved. The company policy doesn't allow iOS Mail but only Outlook mobile as the mail client.

All the best
