How to merge pdf scans and pdf’s?

I have tried to add Photos on to a pdf document and I looked it up on how to do it and I was tol to scan my photo on pdf scanner and merdge the existing pdf whit it but I do not know how to do this to add a phot to an existing document

As I understand, you are trying to add photos in the PDF. Please take help from this help document Edit images or objects in a PDF, Adobe Acrobat to add photos in PDF.

To add photos in PDF you will need Adobe Acrobat DC desktop application.

If you are trying to merge the PDF in the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application, sorry to inform you that the feature is not available for mobile application.

It can be done in Adobe Acrobat DC desktop application or online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf

For this, you will need either Adobe PDF Pack or Adobe Acrobat DC subscription.
