Read the Correct response from Souvik just above your post. Passwords are there for a reason. You need to contact the creator if you lost the password.

The PDF creator is the person who created the PDF and applied the password. If you know who they are, you can call, email, write,  or knock on their door. Passwords are applied for a reason. If the creator cannot be located or does not wish to assist, then you will not be able to unlock the PDF. We do not have access to this information.
