How to save a F&S (Fill and Sign) doc to local (Android) device?

Community Beginner ,

I have a number of F&S cached files on my Android devices. These are F&S docs previously emailed or uploaded to cloud accts. Have tried to save to local device. (Local=device the cache is on/that I am working from.) Get "action not supported". Tried various directories. Internal & external storage. Same issue persists. Would be most grateful for feedback/suggestions.

Hi BJR,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

The files which are saved on "Document Cloud" storage can not be saved locally using Adobe Reader mobile app. Because there isn't any feature in app that allows you to change the file location.

However, the files uploaded on email and iCloud or some other storage, can be opened using Adobe Reader mobile app and that automatically goes to its "Local" folder.

How it exactly works, for that you can refer to- Acrobat Reader Help for Android: Opening PDFs

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,

Try printing the file as a pdf.  It should allow you to pick a location and ability to rename the new file.
