How to use Acrobat Reader for two devices

New Here ,
Jun 25, 2023 Jun 25, 2023

I have installed Acrobat Reader on my iPhone today. Currently 7 days free trial period is running. But I have subscribed for annual subscription. I have also created a login for the application as well. When I tried to open the Acrobat Reader on my laptop it was not working.

My exact question is how would this application work on more than one devices like if I want to use it for mobile as well as my laptop, will it work with one subscription? Eager to know the answer for I have to do a lot of work.

Hi @Hayat30706416yifv,

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to use your Premium Subscription on your desktop.

To do so, you must upgrade your subscription from premium to Acrobat Pro DC.

Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription and cannot be used on computers, while Acrobat Pro DC subscription can be used on both desktop and mobile.

Hope this clarifies your question.
