Sign in process on Adobe is cumbersome. The loop never ends although I am using the correct password. I have Acrobat DC account and I have my own private profile also. On laptop I use my company profile but on my mobile I want to use my personal profile. Why can't I do that?

Could you confirm whether the sign-in loop is on the company profile or your private profile? Kindly share the Adobe ID with us in a private message.
