Try to clear the cache of your device. Also, please check that your device and application are both updated.
Also, please try to sign out, restart your device, and sign back in. Uninstall and reinstall the application.
NOTE: Uninstalling the application may result in losing your file; please make sure you have a backup of your documents before uninstalling the application.

2. Application Version.
3. A screen recording of the happening situation.
