I had linked my Gmail to Adobe and was able to sign in when I clicked on "continue with Google". Now acrobat says "sign in on your browser" but no browser session was opened.

Hi @Reuben28779839i8fx,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Sign-in.

Have you tried clearing the cache file, resetting the browser data, and then checking?

You might try the steps as per the web browsers you use:

1. Microsoft Edge: Reset Microsoft Edge data in the cloud | Microsoft Learn

2. Firefox: How to clear the Firefox cache | Firefox Help (mozilla.org)

3. Google Chrome: Clear cache & cookies - Computer - Google Account Help

4. Apple Safari: Clear cookies in Safari on Mac - Apple Support (IN)

Once done, you might want to try logging in again.

Hope this helps.
