I am not getting my refund back

I started the free trial of adobe on 14june 2023 and paid one month subscription fee in advance and then cancelled it on the same day ..it charged me ₹ 340 .I am not getting my money back...even when i'm eligible for it ...

i cancelled subscription from Google playstore, Adobe app is still showing Premium, and whenever I try to cancel from the app it redirects me to Google playstore which is already showing cancelled. Seems like some issue is with the app itself.

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact the store from where you purchased the subscription.
