You might expect a big phat software company to have state-of-the-art AI. But they don't. And their live agents aren't efficient, keep me on the line for 54 mins. At a time. Without resolution.

Last night I purchased a new subscription, because Support was useless, I was out of time and I had to find a way to access my Adobe Cloud files. Using latest iOS and latest Mac version.
