I can’t have access to the premium features of my account.

I have been using Adobe Acrobat Reader for the last four years, always happy with the service. But the last year, I started having problems to have access to the premium features. I tried to edit a pdf but it didn't let me because it said that I was a free user. Then I clicked on the subscribe button and it said that I was already subscribed, the screen started buffering for a very long time and it never got me access to my premium account. Weeks later I tried to get access to the premium features and it worked well for a few days until I started to have the same problems and the same pattern continued. It's been a very frustrating experience because Adobe Acrobat Reader is a great tool for my projects. I hope someone can give a solution for this problem.
