But Ipad can be open file.

Now Im use galaxy tab 8+

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Do the files contain large media files as attachments or for a viewing? This could cause an overheat of the processor, thus resulting in the file not being viewable. 

Would you mind sharing a link to the file you are referring to for further investigation?
