I can’t play my file

I have a file and I linked the Dropbox account to my adobe , but everytime I click the file , the page just goes white so I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong .

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for us to understand better:

1. The format of the file you are trying to open;

2. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you are using;

3. The operating system [Android / iOS ] you are using and its version;

4. A screen recording showing the event would be great.

 

While you do so, please try the below steps as well:

1. Go to Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Click on the Files tab-> click on Edit on the top right;

3. Click on the block sign on the right of One Drive;

4. Once done , restart your device;

5. The,n open Acrobat Reader Mobile and log in to OneDrve again.
