I purchased premium to edit pdf files. I've repeatedly made changes and none of the changes are saved. Only the original file. I'm losing my mind trying . I also can't delete pages

Hi @Daniela27932092bjsd

Sorry for the trouble.

While editing the document, you need to press done once the required changes are made. Hope you haven't missed that before exiting from the file.

Here are the detailed steps for editing a pdf on iOS https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/workingwithpdf.html#editpdf

To make sure you have activated your Premium feature on the mobile app. Kindly Sign Out of the application and sign back in.

For the file you are referring to above, check for the same if it's saved on Document Cloud web or not: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/home/

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi @Daniela27932092bjsd,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry about your experience.

If you still experience the same issue, would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat you are using;

2. The iOS version you are using;

3. A screen recording of the issue for better understanding;

4. The file on which you were trying to put the annotations.

Look forward to hearing from you. Sharing the above information would allow us to narrow down the investigation to get to the concrete resolution.

-Souvik.
