I canceled my subscription yet they my money

I have canceled my subscription and when I wanted to delete my account they asked me for payment so I paid then when I tried to delete my account it asking me to update my payment and pay again ?? What is happening . I want my money back and I want to delete my account .

If you subscribed from the App Store or Google Play for the mobile app then you need to contact them directly for billing issues.
