I cancelled and keep getting charged. Why?

I cancelled all of my Adobe access and continue to be charged. $19 here. $14.98 there. This is quite frustrating that there is no definite cancellation and Adobe is on so many platforms, as the only way to read documents.

I used Adobe for work one year, with issues concerning words overlapping and the document remaining in a frozen state for periods of time. I attempted to cancel on 5/2/24 and again on 8/13/24. I even had to dispute my 11/19/24 payment. I lost the dispute because it was said that I agreed to the subscription. So, once again, I have a charge of $19, as of 1/15/25, for a service that I no longer use. Why am I unable to successfully cancel?

I just want to completely cancel my subscription(s). Who do I talk to? How do I contact them? And how long does this process take?
