Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. A screen recording of what you see.

Also, Google email opens PDFs in their native PDF viewer. You might want to try to click the three dots on the top-right-> click on open with-> select Acrobat.

This should open the file in Reader Mobile.
