I have not been able to use this application for about eight months. I want to make a new PDF. Even though I have subscribed and paid, I encounter such things in the system. I sent the screenshot, please check.

 The latest version was updated 3 days ago and I checked again now, there is nothing to update, but I still cannot create a new PDF, for your information.

Every time I click on the create new PDF tab, I am presented with a payment plan, and although I have subscribed before and paid, I still cannot create a PDF.
