I lost all documents I had

I think there was an update to the adobe app for iPad, I just opened the app and I Lost all documents I had there, all my work presentations, and other documentes with comments. How can I get that back?

You should be able to recover documents by going online and sign in to the Document Cloud with your Adobe ID.
