Hi

I update my reader today.

And I lost my recent file list.

Even if i open a file after,it doesnt appear in my recent file.

I send the email and respond as following;

"Hi

Can you please try clicking on the Home icon below and you should be able to see your recent files there?

Please let us know if you face any issues with that."

I did that but nothing change!!!!!

Hi,

As mentioned you are unable to see files under Recent tab in Acrobat Reader on Android, could you try rebooting the device once if you haven't already and check if that resolves the issue.

Also, could you confirm Acrobat Reader version and Android version installed on the device?

You may refer to the steps given in the following link for the same:  Acrobat Reader Help for Android: Troubleshooting FAQs

Let us know if you need any help.

Hi there

Thank you for reaching out! I hope this message finds you well.

If you’ve saved your PDF files on Adobe Document Cloud using the Acrobat Reader mobile app on iOS, you can easily access them on your PC. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Download and install the Acrobat Reader desktop app from the official website: Acrobat Reader for Desktop.
  2. Open the desktop app and sign in using the same Adobe credentials that you use on your iOS mobile device.

Once signed in, you’ll be able to access and manage all the PDF files saved on Adobe Document Cloud, ensuring seamless productivity across your devices.

I hope this helps! If you have any further questions or encounter any issues, feel free to reach out.
