I wanted to use the trial version, but the payment was made after subscribing. I canceled the subscription immediately, but I am inquiring because the refund was not processed. I'm going to cancel it on the site according to the manual, so I paid in the app store, so the app store tells me to cancel it. But I can't find a refund button anywhere.
