Hello, I paid for Acrobat Pro and can't use it. After registering, I only have the trial version. Please refund my money!

I checked the account registered on the community, and could not find any active subscription.

 

Would you mind sharing a receipt of the purchase so that we can investigate further?

 

Also, you might want to check the email address in which you received the acknowledgement for purchase and log in with the same address and check if it works for you.
