I purchased Acrobat AI. Tried to summarize a 40 + page document. Says its working then I get af

I purchased Acrobat  AI.  $59.99 for 1 year of service.  I've tried repeatedly to summarize a 50+ page document.  I keep getting an error message, try again.  HELP???!!!???

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.

 

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error message for more clarity and understanding? A small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

 

Try to logout of the application, reboot the device once and re-login and see if that works.
