I subscribe to Premium, but the program won’t recognize it

Very frustrated. I have tried to restore. It tells me I have "no subscriptions to restore." But when I go to manage the first thing that pops up is my Premium Subscription good till December. Help?

I checked your email address registered here in the community and cannot find an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

 

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

 

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

 

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Apple ID and not Google.

@kimwith6 Assuming two different situations here:

 

Situation 1

 

If you had a subscription from Google Play Store and switched to Apple, you must cancel the subscription from Play Store and re-purchase using Apple Store as the platforms work independently and cannot be merged.

 

Situation 2

Apple masks your original ID to safeguard your privacy. In such a case, you can contact Apple Support, who will assist you in merging the data between the accounts.
