Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

Are you logged in using the same Adobe ID you used on the previous device? If yes, any files stored on the cloud storage should be available to view when you go to the Files Tab-> Acrobat Cloud Storage.

 

If the files are available on any external cloud drive, you need to go to the Files Tab-> select the drive you want to access files from-> log in using the credentials, and those files should reflect, too.

If the files are stored in your device's internal storage, they must be manually recovered, as Adobe does not keep a backup of the files stored internally.
