Boa tarde, usuários ; utilizo

sistema IOS; sou assistente Adobe; há dois arquivos (uma tabela xlsx e uma imagem) que não finalizam a conversão para PDF e não podem ser eliminados... o que devo fazer ?grata desde já

Olá agradeço o  retorno , mas parece haver um equívoco pois sou assinante Adobe Premium com assinatura válida até 2025 ; todos os recursos do meu pacote estão disponíveis e são sempre utilizados ; o que ocorre é que 2 arquivos estão em "loop " e não consigo parar sua conversão ou excluir os arquivos
