Hi, I tested the premium free 7 day trial to which I was charged for a full month and after several attempts to cancel the subscription I have been charged again this month. The reason I opted for the trial I couldn’t even do what I wanted so this whole thing has been pointless.
Does anyone have contact details to do this as I can't find anyway to do this?!
Or if anyone from Adobe can't help, Please cancel my subscription and refund the two payments that have been made to my account. Can you please urgently confirm this before I escalate it further? There is no subscription showing in my subscriptions on my apple account and I am going around in circles trying to cancel this!
