Internal links in PFD dont work.

Generate hyerlink from URL is set to on. URLto www.idontwannagohere.com  works perfectly ! 
But my point is that INTERNAL links dont work so to jump to page 50 and line 24 
Is it blocked by system ? Because the original software that is exporting to PDF makes such hyperlinks blue ! so it noticed it but I cant click them to jump inside pdf to desired location, why ? 

How to solve it ?

May be there are no links. Can you share a sample PDF file?

both are working in application .... 
adobe export dialogue 

is missing the URL link recognition, it is part of aplication.

The link is not in the PDF nor outside URL nor inside referal link.

Both are thou blue and therfore recognized by PDF algorythm as hyperlinks. 
Any hints where the problem may occure ? 
In online pdf preview the external URL works, referal document link does not. 

After export neither of them work.

Thanks for providing the details, we have checked the file it looks like that on this you have made the color blue but the link is not added. The application recognizes the link but if the links are in https://xyz.com format. 

As the third screenshot shows that you are working on a desktop so this link would be helpful to guide you on how you create links to internal pages.

As per the issue description, the links to jump directly to page numbers are not working. Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Is possible, could you share a screenshot or a video of the issue?

2. Could you share the PDF file, so we can test it on our end?

Try to on the file on the Acrobat Reader DC desktop application and check if the issue persists.

Can you describe to me in what format shall be fed internal link to export adobe plugin so it remains in tact ? 
All was done by auto so if it is blue, was done in export plugin, if it is not connected to propper link format that is working, it was done in export plugin! Not by me colloring some part of text ....

The export interface is holding adobe styled icons so I doubt that it is copded externally, it looks like export adobe plugin. 
So lets not blame "others, and lets really evaluate.
Can you write me propper format of internal document link that will be working in exported PDF and provide me example PDF, same way as I did.
