When i type on a PDF the cursor moves but no text appears, the colour of the text is black and i am typing in a white box. The colour has not been set to white and nothing is appearing you can see the colour is black and the cursor is moving but nothing is showing.

Hi there 

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. 

 

Have you started experiencing this issue recently or was it occurring earlier as well? What is the version of the Acrobat Mobile app and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the device once. 

 

Also, check if it's an issue with all the PDF forms or with a specific file. Please try with a different PDF form and check. 

 

If it still doesn't work please share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and a sample PDF file so we can get this checked at our end.

Hello,

 

It has only happened recently. It is the newest version of acrobat and i have restarted my device.

I believe it may be an issue with the PDF itself but if possible can you let me know how i can fix this with the specific PDF, it tends to occur on the same pages.

 

It wont allow me to attach the screen recording or PDF. Is there another way I can send this?

If you are unable to attach a screen recording or a PDF file directly, you can upload them to a cloud storage that you frequently use and share the link with us here.

 

Once we receive the link, we can forward the same to the development team for further investigation.
