iPad Acrobat will not connect with Dropbox

I try to open Acrobat docs using I pad Acrobat app but cannot because error message: Cannont connect to Dropbox

As per the issue description that there is an error while connecting the Dropbox account in the Acrobat Reader application. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. iOS version?

2. Application version?

3. Have you tried changing the network, like Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa.

4. If possible, kindly share a video of the issue (Please hide personal info).

Kindly check if Acrobat Reader is updated to the latest version.
