Here is the message I received everytime I open a correspondence from Ohio job and family services:

OMG thank you, I'm not crazy! At last someone else is acknowledging this problem! I have chatted with tech support about this for 2 hours, they could not replicate issue. I reported issue to Chrome and Adobe. I emailed complaints to OH unemployment, no response. I tried explaining the problem to an actual ODJFS rep and they didn't understand or acknowledge a problem. I can't open timed information correspondence and now my benefits will be stopped. Why is this happening? Also the url link in the error message goes to an error page on Adobe site.

No.... you're NOT crazy. I am getting the exact thing and I have downloaded every new version of viewer for my android possible ...and still nothing. I don't want to have to run to the library or dig out my old lap top to deal with this! Ugghh....anyone find a fix for this? Please advise. Thanks

Same problem installed Reader and Ohio Unemployment downloads the following:

see http://www.adobe.com/go/pdf_forms_configure.

It then goes on to tell you to turn chrome PDf Reader Off.- Which I've done.

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

As you have mentioned that you were unable to open a form and that it required Adobe Reader 8 or higher. The reason is that Acrobat Reader mobile does not support XFA forms which are created by Lifecycle designer, you need to open it on a PC (Windows/Mac) and for that, you need to have Acrobat Reader DC installed.

Download the form and then open it manually in Acrobat Reader DC from the download location.

Here is a help document for reader mobile: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/forms.html?#forms-faqs

And installer for Acrobat Reader DC: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

Thanks,

Harsh
