Hi my iPad app shuts down nearly every time I use it. My iPhone does not. I have restarted by phone, deleted and downloaded the app. Still constant issues. Who can I talk to about this since I paid for the premium version?

Per the description above, the Acrobat Reader mobile is crashing on your iPad.
Please share the following details:
To check the version of the application on your device, follow these steps:-
Go to phone setting> scroll down> Go to the Acrobat Reader mobile application and check the version. The latest version is 22.08.
Please check for any pending updates for Acrobat Reader mobile application from the app store.
Also, please check for any pending updates of the OS on your iPad.
After the update, kindly reboot the device.
If this does not fix the issue, please uninstall and reinstall the Acrobat Reader mobile application.
Note: - Uninstalling the Acrobat Reader mobile application may delete the existing files on your mobile application, so make sure you create a backup on cloud storage or any external storage device before the uninstallation.
