iPad Pro: Access problem to PDF with the latest version of Acrobat Reader (mobile app)

New Here ,

On my iPad Pro, how to access and read PDF files saved in the internal storage before the last version? I am no longer able to access or to read PDF files saved with the previous version (several days, weeks, months, ... back then).

Hi Sylvainb,

To view the local files on the device after the update, refer to the steps mentioned below:

- Launch the Adobe Acrobat Reader application on the device.

- Click on "Files" at the bottom.

- Then at the top left, you will find an option "Locations". Click on that.

- Select "On this iPad" option to open the local files.

Check if you can find the documents there.

Let us know if you still not able to locate the documents.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hi,

The "On this iPad" option allows me to only see PDF files saved after the migration to the new version of the application (see the pictures below) All files previously saved are no longer accessible, although they have not been deleted. The problem seems to be the indexing of the files during the transition from one version to another of the application.
