I created a document in InDesign utilizing the Futura PT Font. When I export the document as a PDF and try to edit text the text on my iPad, the Futura PT Font isn't in the Font Menu. I know the Font is installed properly, because the Font show's up in other Adobe applications on my iPad. If I select the text in says that it's Futura PT but as soon as I start editing the text, it changes to a default Font.
Thank you for your help

Hi @jdaveprill
As you have mentioned that the font is activated, kindly confirm a few details.
1. Did you check on the Creative cloud mobile app if the font is active? Here is a help article you can refer to:
https://helpx.adobe.com/mt/fonts/using/activate-fonts-mobile.html
2. iOS version?
3. App version?
Make sure that the app is updated to the latest version.
We are looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks,
Harsh

Hi Harsh,
Sorry for the slow reply, I have been out of town. One thing I did notice it only seems to be a bug with the iPad verion of the Acrobat App, it works as designed on my iPhone. Photoshop and Illustrator iPad Apps also work as designed. Fonts are activated, and show installed on the CC App and in the fonts tab in device settings. When I select the text it does recognize that Futura PT was the Font used in the document but as soon as I start to edit the text it changes to Source Sans Pro and at time only shows white text, with a thin stroke.
iPad Pro (11-inch) (2nd generation)
IOS 15.3.1
Acrobat Version 22.01.02 (20220211.173826)
Thank you again for your help 😉

Hi @jdaveprill
Thanks for all the details, could you create a new InDesign file from scratch using this font and convert it to PDF and attach it here so we can confirm that it is not specific to a file.

Hi @jdaveprill,
We have rolled out an update for Acrobat Reader Mobile which now identifies fonts activated or purchased using the Creative Cloud Account and reflects on the Acrobat App.
Would you mind giving it a try and letting us know if it works?
Look forward to hearing from you.
