Could you please provide more details about the issue? I noticed you posted your question in the Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile community, mentioning that you're unable to use Acrobat Reader on your computer. Which device are you using: a desktop or a mobile device? If you are on a desktop, are you receiving any error messages while using Acrobat Reader, or are you unable to install or launch the application? Same on mobile? 

 

What is the version of the operating system installed? If you are not able to launch the app on the desktop machine, see this article and try the suggestions: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/fix-acrobat-crash-on-launch.html
