Bonjour tout le monde!

Quand j'achète un document PDF, je le reçois avec un texte en bleu!

Quand je convertis un document word que j'ai rédigé, même chose. Le texte est en bleu!

Pourquoi?

what adobe app or service are you trying to use?

what subscription do you have?  (there is no such thing as a basic subscription.)

By blue, do you mean the text color is in blue or the text are highlighted in blue? We would need more information to investigate further:

1. The screen shot of what you see on the document,

2. How the file is being created;

3. A sample PDF where you expeirence the issue.

Thank you for your message.
The text color is in blue (even when I buy a document (PDF).
It's the same thing when I convert a word doc to pdf, when I read a
pdf, when I read a pdf that was stored in my computer (it was not in blue).

This looks like the PDF was created using blue color for fonts. 

This does not look like a problem with the viewing. 

Have you checked with the store fron where you purchased the book if the font color used is the standard black and not any other color?
